HoneyDew / Honey-Do Butane โ€“ Refund & Return Policy

At HoneyDew / Honey-Do Butane, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive for customer satisfaction. Because many of our products are classified as hazardous, consumable, or hygiene-sensitive, please read our refund and return conditions carefully before purchasing.


1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products โ€” including butane fuel, torches, water pipes, hand pipes, nectar collectors, and accessories โ€” all sales are considered final once shipped.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for used, opened, or partially used products for safety and hygiene reasons.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@honeydobutane.com with:

  • Your order number,
  • A photo of the item and packaging, and
  • A brief description of the issue.

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Return shipping may be required for inspection of the damaged product.


3. Conditions for Return Approval

A return or replacement may be approved only if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging;
  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery;
  • You provide proof of purchase and photo documentation.

Products returned without prior authorization or outside the return window will not be accepted.


4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Butane, torch fuel, or other flammable products
  • Glass products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Electronics or accessories showing signs of use, tampering, or wear
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Custom-branded or promotional items

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, depending on the situation.
Please allow 5โ€“10 business days after approval for processing.


6. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of an error on our part (wrong or defective item).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise authorized.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, HoneyDew / Honey-Do Butane is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
We recommend contacting the carrier directly for claims or delivery investigations.


8. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item qualifies for a return or replacement, we will issue store credit or send a replacement product instead.
